7 DAYS RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
I agree that:
- If I’m not completely happy with my purchase, I have 7 days to return the item/s to exchange it for a different size or colour.
- Refunds are only given if the item I bought has a factory fault and I can’t do an exchange.
- I will be issued with a Credit Voucher should I not find anything I like at the time of returning the goods.
- I will make sure that the item is in a re-sellable condition upon return.
- I will be liable for any costs incurred as part of the transaction should a cash refund be applicable. These costs include bank fees, Shopify fees and Payfast fees.
- I will be liable for courier cost of returning the item where there are no factory faults.
Please remember to include your name, contact number and the reason for the return on the returned parcel you are posting back.
Parcels should only be sent back via door to door courier.
