BATHINI DESIGNS is a Fashion House that offers high-quality clothing geared for the modern African woman with a good eye for distinctive designs. We offer a ready-to-wear range as well as custom-design services for special occasions.

BATHINI DESIGNS was established in 2015 by Bathini Kowane who  initially operated the business from her Living Room. Bathini is a self taught Fashion Designer and Pattern-Maker, who previously worked as  a professional within the corporate banking sector. The business was  primarily a business that was geared for the custom-wear and special occasions market and has since evolved to cater for the ready-to-wear  market, offering an array of trend-setting clothing designs to the ever growing online community and also supplying varied clothing boutiques  in the Gauging region. As a growing business, we plan on selling our clothing through existing  boutiques countrywide, and ultimately find a home in a stand-alone store  where it will be easily accessible to customers. We also continue to  strengthen efforts of making online shopping increasingly easier for our  existing and new customers. We aspire to be one of the leading ready-to-wear brands in South Africa  and Africa at large.
