7 DAYS RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

• If I’m not completely happy with my purchase, I have 7 days to return the item/s to exchange it for a different size or colour.
• Refunds are only given if the item I bought has a factory fault and I can’t do an exchange.
• I will be issued with a Credit Voucher should I not find anything I like at the time of returning the goods.
• I will be liable for any costs incurred as part of the transaction should a cash refund be applicable. These costs include bank fees, Shopify fees and Payfast fees.
• I will be liable for courier cost of returning the item where there are no factory faults.
• Please remember to include your name, contact number and the reason for the return on the returned parcel you are posting back.
• Parcels should only be sent back via door to door courier.
